Melanoma: Detection and Prevention

Melanoma is the deadliest form of skin cancer.  While it only accounts for about 3-5% of all skin cancers diagnosed in the United States each year, sadly about 75% of all cancer-related deaths from skin cancer are from melanoma.  One of every eight people will die in the USA this year from melanoma.  It is one of the fastest growing types of cancer and yet it IS preventable!  It is important to know how to prevent this type of skin cancer and to detect it in its early stages.  This short video explains it all.
